Strong For Life is a small group personal training session designed specifically for those over 50 who want to stay strong, mobile and independent.
Sessions focus on building strength, improving balance and coordination, and helping you feel more confident in everyday movement.
Everything is coached and adapted to your level, with plenty of support and guidance throughout.
