Commitment: Minimum of 2 months - giving us enough time to see progress and real results.
STRONG is for women who want to lift heavy, build real strength, and train with purpose — in a supportive small-group setting.
What to expect:
Small group strength training
Barbell and dumbbell lifts (squat, deadlift, bench)
Coaching throughout every session
Structured progression
Times: Monday at 5:30pm, Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 7am, 8am and 9am.
A postnatal strength class focused on rebuilding your body properly, at your pace — with your baby by your side.
What we work on:
Core and pelvic floor strength
Full-body rebuilding
Technique-led, no rushing
Babies welcome throughout
Times: Thursday at 10:30am at The Basement, Balsall Common.
Strength training class designed to help you stay strong, capable, and confident for everyday life — now and in the years ahead. It’s never too late to start lifting!

I’m Kelly - a strength coach with a passion for helping people feel confident and realising their full potential with their training.
My approach is centred around lifting with intention, correct technique, and helping people to feel confident within a gym environment - at any stage in life.
