Hi, I’m Kelly - a fitness coach specialising in strength training, with a strong focus on correct form.
I work with clients of all levels and abilities to build real-life strength, through effective, well structured training.
My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger and build your confidence both in and out of the gym.
