STRONG is for women who want to lift heavy, build real strength, and train with purpose — in a supportive small-group setting.

What to expect:

  • Small group strength training

  • Barbell and dumbbell lifts (squat, deadlift, bench)

  • Coaching throughout every session

  • Structured progression

Times: Monday at 5:30pm, Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 7am, 8am and 9am.
